A: LiPo batteries are superior in almost every way: they are smaller and lighter for the same capacity, they offer much higher discharge rates (higher C-Rating) for better performance, and they hold their charge for longer when not in use.

A: It can. An 11.1V LiPo delivers very high performance but also puts more stress on the gearbox and trigger contacts. It is highly recommended for use in replicas that have been upgraded with a MOSFET or an Electronic Trigger Unit (ETU). For most stock guns, a 7.4V (2S) LiPo is the perfect, safe upgrade.

A: For a new custom design, our MOQ typically starts at 20,000 to 50,000 units, depending on the complexity and cell volume.

A: The C-Rating is a multiplier that tells you the battery’s maximum safe continuous discharge current. For example, a 1500mAh (1.5Ah) 30C battery can safely deliver 1.5A * 30 = 45 Amps of current. A higher C-Rating means better trigger response and a higher rate of fire.

A: Yes, this is one of the most common custom shapes we produce. We can create two or three separate cell sticks connected by flexible wires to fit into the compartments of a crane stock or buffer tube.

A: After the design is finalized, the lead time for the first batch of high-performance prototypes is generally 5-7 weeks.

A: For most high-performance hobby applications like airsoft, the LiPo packs do not include an internal BMS to allow for maximum current delivery. Safe use relies on a smart charger and, ideally, an in-gun low-voltage alarm or MOSFET with voltage cutoff. We can, however, add a BMS for specific OEM projects.

A: Deans (T-plug) connectors have a much lower electrical resistance than Mini Tamiya connectors, leading to better efficiency and performance. We can install whichever connector you specify for your brand.

A: Yes, when handled correctly. All our batteries are tested to UN38.3 standards for safe transport. We always recommend carrying LiPo batteries in a fire-resistant LiPo bag for extra safety.
