We will provide a formal Order Confirmation detailing all specifications, quantities, pricing, and agreed-upon timelines. Your order will then be scheduled into our production plan, and we’ll provide you with an estimated completion date.

You won’t have to wonder about your order’s status. Your account manager will provide you with regular, proactive updates at key milestones: start of production, completion of manufacturing, final quality control, and shipment readiness.

Documentation & Invoicing
All necessary documentation, including packing lists, quality certificates, and final invoices, will be prepared accurately and provided to you in a timely manner for smooth customs clearance and internal processing.
