Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
It all starts with the materials. We subject all incoming raw materials—from active powders to separators and foils—to a battery of rigorous tests to verify their purity, physical properties, and performance before they are ever allowed onto our production line.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Quality is monitored in real-time. We have dozens of checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process, using both automated sensors and skilled technicians to monitor critical parameters like coating thickness, electrode alignment, welding strength, and environmental conditions.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
Capacity & Performance Grading: 100% testing to verify capacity, internal resistance, and voltage.
Visual & Dimensional Inspection: Checking for any physical defects or dimensional deviations.
Aging Process: Storing cells under controlled conditions to stabilize performance and screen for any early-life failures.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) & Reliability Testing
Before shipment, a final audit is performed. We also conduct ongoing reliability tests on sample batches, including cycle life testing, environmental stress tests (high/low temperature), and safety abuse tests (overcharge, short-circuit, nail penetration) to continuously validate our designs and processes.
