A: Extremely well. Our wide-temperature formulation uses a special electrolyte that resists thickening at low temperatures, allowing the battery to deliver a much higher percentage of its capacity compared to standard LiPo batteries.
A: Yes. We can design the battery pack with a fully sealed, robust housing, waterproof connectors, and gaskets to achieve a high IP rating, making it suitable for marine and wet-weather applications.
A: For a new custom design, our MOQ typically starts at 20,000 to 50,000 units, depending on the complexity of the housing and electronics.
A: We use a combination of high-energy-density cells (more power in less weight) and advanced, lightweight but strong polymer materials for the housing. We also use intelligent internal design to provide shock absorption without adding bulk.
A: Absolutely. For life-safety applications, we use a zero-compromise design and manufacturing process, including the highest-grade cells, redundant safety features in the BMS, and 100% end-of-line testing.
A: Given the complexity of the custom housing and wide-temperature validation, the lead time for the first batch of functional prototypes is typically 7-9 weeks.
A: Yes, we can design the battery’s charging circuit and BMS to safely and efficiently accept a charge from the variable output of a portable solar panel.
A: Yes, we specialize in designing user-replaceable battery packs with robust, glove-friendly latching mechanisms and durable connectors for quick swapping.
A: Yes. We test all batteries to UN38.3 standards for safe transport and can design them to be under the 100Wh airline carry-on limit, making them adventure-ready.
A: Please provide your gear’s voltage, required runtime, continuous and peak power draw, dimensional and weight constraints, any specific IP or durability requirements, and your estimated annual volume.
