A: We use a multi-faceted approach: employing only premium, Tier-1 grade cells, a robust BMS with multiple safety layers, 100% end-of-line functional testing on every pack, and a rigorous FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) process during design.
A: Yes, this is a core competency. We specialize in extreme miniaturization and can create ultra-small, custom-shaped batteries to fit into the most discreet enclosures.
A: For a new custom design, our MOQ typically starts at 20,000 to 50,000 units, depending on the complexity of the design and certifications.
A: For long-deployment trackers, we use a combination of a very high-capacity battery and a cell chemistry with an ultra-low self-discharge rate. This ensures that most of the battery’s energy is used for operation, not lost over time.
A: Absolutely. We design our packs with impact-resistant housings and internal shock protection to meet the demanding durability and drop-test specifications of professional security equipment.
A: After the design is finalized, the lead time for the first batch of functional prototypes is generally 6-8 weeks.
A: Yes. For many asset tracking and alarm systems, our smart BMS can communicate with the device’s main processor, allowing the battery’s health and charge level to be reported back to a central server.
A: We use a specialized wide-temperature electrolyte formulation that allows our batteries to operate reliably in a broad range of temperatures, from -20°C to +60°C or even wider for specific projects.
A: Yes, we manage the entire certification process to ensure your battery pack meets all required standards for your target markets, including CE, UL 2054, IEC 62133, and UN38.3.
A: Please provide your device’s voltage, required runtime or capacity, power consumption profile (standby, active, transmit), dimensional constraints, any specific durability or environmental requirements, and your estimated annual volume.
