Structural & Mechanical Design
Using advanced 3D CAD software, we design the battery’s physical form. We meticulously plan the dimensions, shape (including complex custom shapes), tab locations, and casing to ensure a perfect fit within your device and optimal structural integrity.
Electrical System & BMS Design
This is the battery’s brain. We design or select the ideal Battery Management System (BMS) to protect against over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuits, and thermal runaway. The BMS also ensures cell balancing for maximum cycle life and provides crucial data like State of Charge (SoC).


Thermal Management Simulation
